Welcome to Akshiti Computers. By using our website and transacting with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our site.

1. Pricing and Product Information:

  • Pricing: Prices include service, delivery, and transaction costs. Offers and prices on our website are valid only for online purchases. We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw products at any time without notice.
  • Product Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, product images and specifications are for identification and may vary by manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website for exact details.
  • Color Accuracy: Colors may vary based on your monitor settings; we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy.

2. Delivery and Order Fulfillment:

  • Delivery Policy: We attempt delivery only once. Unsuccessful deliveries (due to unavailable recipients, locked premises, or incorrect addresses) remain chargeable, and redelivery may not be possible.
  • Execution: Orders are considered executed if the recipient is unavailable, premises are locked, or if the product is left at a reception/gate/neighbor.
  • Force Majeure: We reserve the right to reschedule deliveries due to floods, heavy rains, or bandhs.
  • Out of Stock: Akshiti Computers reserves the right to cancel out-of-stock orders without prior intimation; a full refund will be processed.

3. Cancellations and Complaints:

  • Cancellations: Orders must be cancelled at least 1 working day (before 4 PM) prior to the delivery date by emailing care@akshiticomputers.com.
  • Complaints: Complaints regarding any order must be lodged within 3 days of delivery.
  • Liability: Akshiti Computers is not liable for loss of profits, emotional stress, or other liabilities caused by non-delivery.

4. Warranty and Quality:

  • Quality: Product quality is the sole responsibility of the brand manufacturer.
  • Warranty Service: As a distributor, we pass through manufacturer warranties. Customers are responsible for reverse shipping costs for any warranty/service issues.
  • Warranty Void Conditions: Warranty is void if products are physically damaged, have broken seals, missing parts, or are missing original accessories/packaging.

5. GST and Invoicing:

  • To be eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC), please provide your entity name and GST number during checkout. Revised bills can only be requested within 15 days of the order.

6. Intellectual Property & User Conduct:

  • Submissions: Any reviews or suggestions you submit become the exclusive property of Akshiti Computers.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not use the site for disseminating unlawful material, gaining unauthorized system access, or interfering with networks.
  • Copyright: All rights are reserved. No part of this website may be reproduced without written consent.

7. Electronic Communications & Legal:

  • Consent: You consent to receive electronic communications from us, which satisfy all legal requirements for written notice.
  • Jurisdiction: All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, India only.
  • Updates: We may modify this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
