1. Delivery Process:

At Akshiti Computers, we ensure every order undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before dispatch to guarantee it arrives in perfect condition. Once your order is processed, you will receive timely email and message notifications regarding your order status. After a final quality check, your items are securely packed and handed over to our trusted logistics partners for prompt delivery. If a courier partner encounters difficulty reaching your address, they will contact you directly to ensure a successful delivery.

We prioritize the safety of your products.

  • All items are packed in sturdy boxes with an external protective plastic layer.
  • Each product is individually bubble-wrapped, with additional protection for fragile items to prevent damage during transit.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and the details of the courier partner. Tracking information typically becomes active 24 hours after dispatch.

5. Delivery Timelines:

Estimated shipping times are provided for each item on our website.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery times vary based on the item and destination.
  • Remote Locations: For areas not covered by private couriers, orders will be shipped via Speed/Registered Post, which may take 1-2 weeks.
  • Exceptions: Please note that dispatch and delivery times may be extended due to festivals, holidays, natural disasters, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances.

6. Shipping Charges & Pickup:

  • Free Shipping: For a limited time, we are offering free shipping on all orders. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Store Pickup: We offer a convenient pickup facility at our Kolkata store.

7. Important Notes:

  • Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.
  • Liability: Akshiti Computers guarantees to hand over the consignment to the carrier within 15 working days from the date of order/payment confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by courier or postal authorities.
  • Consolidation & Splitting: To ensure safety and speed, we may combine multiple orders into one parcel or split a single order into multiple shipments.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside India.
