Return and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via Call/WhatsApp at +91 7869786238 or email us at care@akshiticomputers.com.

  • Modification: If you need to change your product or shipping address, please contact us directly; a full cancellation is not required.
  • Cancellation Before Dispatch: Requests made before shipment will be refunded after deducting a 3% nominal processing fee. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Cancellation After Dispatch: If an order is cancelled while in transit, the refund will be processed after deducting the 3% processing fee and both-way courier charges, once the package is returned to our warehouse.

2. Return & Refund Policy

To initiate a return or replacement, please create a request via Order History (preferred) or contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • Incorrect Product: We will arrange a reverse pickup. Replacements are provided once the item is received in its original, sealed condition. Missing items or incorrect returns will result in the request being held until resolved.
  • Damaged/Defective Products: Please provide photographic or video evidence immediately upon delivery. Beyond 3 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims. Please note that monitor display issues are often handled directly by the manufacturer from day one.
  • Customer-Ordered Incorrect Product: Returns require prior approval. Opened products are not eligible for return. If authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting a 3% processing fee and one-way courier charges.

3. Important Exclusions & Notes

  • Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable Items: Pre-orders, promotional/special offer items, Pre-built PCs, GPUs, Gaming Chairs, Cabinets, Monitors (once shipped), Memory/RAM, and SSDs are strictly non-cancellable and non-returnable.
  • Payment Exceptions: Orders placed via Bajaj Finserv EMI, PayLater services, or those utilizing instant EMI discounts cannot be cancelled.
  • Packaging Requirement: Products must be returned in their original packaging with the company seal intact. All components and complimentary gifts must be included.
  • Product Representation: Product images are indicative. We reserve the right to substitute items with products of equal or higher value if the requested item is unavailable.
  • Refund Timelines: Once a return is verified at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
